Process

  • 1.Notify ECSHIPS of returning

  • 2.ECSHIPS provides return shipping address

  • 3.Create a removal order on Amazon

  • 4.Amazon ships the removal order

  • 5.ECSHIPS receives the removal order

  • 10.ECSHIPS sends the new label replacement boxes

  • 9.Customer provides box label

  • 8.ECSHIPS labeling and packaging boxes

  • 7.Customer provides new labels to ECSHIPS for replacement

  • 6.Customer provides tracking number to verify the removal packages
