Account Registration & Product Establishment


1. Do I have to log in and register an account to deliver the goods?

Customers are required to read the terms and register their accounts to become members before delivery, and customers can test the system operation process before deciding to choose our service.


2. Can I make up the data when creating the product model, such as weight and size?

It is required to provide the real data, the warehouse staff will examine the products, such as size and weight; If there is any difference with the data, the actual verified data will prevail, and you will be informed in time.


3. How is the length, width and height of the box defined?

The length, width and height date must be corrected in order to use the standard box in the warehouse.


4. What is the length, width and height of the TEU?

There is no need to provide logistics packaging when using standard boxes, but only need to meet the box size limit and weight limit.

Standard box: 21 x 13 x 4cm31.5kg.

Standard container: 27 x 21 x 13 cm 31.5 KG

Standard trunk: 30 x 30 x 13 cm 31.5 KG

Area a box: 25 x 17 x 12 cm 6.8 KG

Area b box: 30 x 26 x 12 cm 9.0 KG

Area c box: 37 x 29 x 29 cm 11.25 KG


4. When print the sku label, please make sure the bar code can be scanned.


Frequently asked questions about local delivery

1. Can the stamp mail trackable?

After stamp mail is submitted to the post office, there is no tracking information.


2. After I place an order, I find that the buyer's information is wrong and I don't need to deliver it. What should I do?

Enter the system to check the order status. If warehouse have not processed the order, you can cancel the order . If the status of the system is "Printed",  the package cannot be intercepted or changed.



3. How to check the tracking information of order?

The system has API integration, and the tracking information of goods can be viewed on the system. You can also enter the tracking number on the website of each carrier.


4. Buyer feedback that he didn't receive the goods.

Please provide the tracking number, we will response within 3 working days.


5. Can the buyer pick up the goods directly from warehouse?

Our overseas warehouses do not support this operation.


6. What if the buyer wants to return the goods?


The seller made a request from the system or let us CS know. We will provide the RMA number and return address. The warehouse staff will inform the seller after receiving the returned order for handling method. (Buyer's return is only applicable to a product delivered by our company.)
