Under any of the following circumstances, it shall not be liable for compensation


1. Mail delay or loss due to irresistible factors ("irresistible factors" refer to unforeseeable, inevitable and insurmountable objective circumstances, including customs clearance, flight delay, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire and other similar events);


2. If the delivered articles violate the prohibition or restriction of regulations, they are confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


3. At the time of delivery, the outer package of the mail is in good condition, the seal is in good condition, and there is no sign of damage and removal, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures, and afterwards the recipient finds that the internal parts are short or damaged.


4. The actual weight of the mail at the time of delivery is consistent with the weight indicated on the packing box, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures, and the recipient later finds that the contents are short or damaged.


5. The recipient unit or residential area does not allow the delivery personnel to enter, and the mail time limit is delayed, or the items are lost due to the internal behavior or negligence of the collection department.


6. The mail is received and signed by relatives and friends.


7. Loss or delay of mail due to the customer's responsibility or the items sent.


8. The customer fails to claim compensation in time (three months from the date of mailing);


9. International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws and regulations.


We hereby declare that our company does not accept or undertake the insurance and compensation for the changeable and fragile articles including milk powder!

Claim Level 

If it is lost during the storage and handling during the delivery stage, our company will be liable for compensation. Send the parcel to the third-party carrier, and if it is lost, make a claim according to the claim method announced by the third-party carrier.If it is lost during storage and handling, our company will be liable for compensation. If the wrong product or address is sent, our company will be liable for compensation. If the third-party carrier loses it, it shall make a claim according to the claim method published by the third-party carrier.

Loss of Mail
